About Planet Zoo

Planet Zoo, from Frontier Developments, is a zoo management and construction game. Your goal is to build a zoo that keeps both animals and visitors happy, while running a sustainable business with staff, research and finances to manage.

The animals are the stars. Each species has its own requirements for habitat size, terrain, plants, water, temperature and social group. When those needs are met, animals behave naturally and thrive; when they are not, you see it in their behaviour and welfare. Conservation is part of the game, with breeding programmes and the option to release animals back into the wild.

Planet Zoo is also known for its very deep construction tools. You can sculpt terrain, build paths and buildings piece by piece and decorate every corner, which has led to an enormous library of community creations. With a career mode, a free sandbox and challenge scenarios, it suits both methodical managers and creative builders.
