GameKyn covers live-service games — the ones you come back to for months rather than finish in a weekend. War Thunder, World of Tanks, Enlisted, Star Trek Fleet Command and others like them.
These games share a problem: they are enormous, they change every few weeks, and almost everything written about them is either a patch note nobody can parse or a video that takes twenty minutes to say one useful thing. GameKyn exists to be the page you wish had come up first.
Who writes here
Brian has been grinding live-service games since 2016 — from World of Tanks to Enlisted and War Thunder. He writes the guides he wishes he had on day one.
Every guide is written from actual play. When a number matters — a repair cost, a research threshold, a season end date — it is checked against the game or the developer's own patch notes before it goes up, and the source is named in the article.

How the site pays for itself
GameKyn is free to read and carries advertising. Some links to games and hardware are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them — at no extra cost to you.
That arrangement never decides what a review says. A game that wastes your time gets described as a game that wastes your time, whatever the commission on it. If that ever stops being true, the site stops being worth reading.

Games change, and a guide that was right in August can be wrong in October. If you spot something out of date or simply wrong, tell us — corrections are made quickly and noted on the article.
