A Little to the Left, developed by Max Inferno, is a cosy puzzle game about the pleasure of putting things in order. Each puzzle presents a small household scene: a drawer of cutlery, a wall of frames, a set of pencils, a shelf of books or a pile of receipts. Your job is to find the arrangement that feels right.
What makes it clever is that solutions are not always obvious. Items might need to be sorted by size, colour, shape or pattern, and some puzzles hide a second or third valid solution that the game rewards you for finding. A hint system shows you partial answers if you are stuck, without spoiling everything.
The game also has a sense of humour, mostly thanks to a cat that wanders in to knock things over just as you finish. Puzzles are short, which makes it perfect for playing in small sessions. It is a calm, charming game for anyone who enjoys the quiet satisfaction of a well-organised space.
